Homemade Custard Apple Ice Cream.

This weekend I have participated in “Sugarfree Natura” Dessert Challenge. The winter season has just stepped in India and it was a super cool Saturday. Full of fun in preparing a dessert recipe and share that wonderful moment with friends. Thanks a lot to team IndiBlogger, Sanjeev Kapoor, and Sugarfree India for sponsoring this challenge.

My secret dessert – Custard apple ice cream. 

Main Ingredients: Vanilla custard powder, 1/2 ltr. milk, Sugarfree Natura, Apple, Dry Fruits

Here I used WeiKFiELD vanilla custard powder 2 tbsp (20 gms.) mixed well with 3 tbsp of milk in a cup. Boiled remaining milk in a pan and added Sugarfree Natura and stir till it dissolves. Added custard milk mixture, stirred continuously and boiled the mixture for two to three minutes. Put it in a bowl and put some dry fruits in it. Let it cool for 15 mins and enjoy with the slices of apples.

Prep Time : 10 minutes

Cook time : 10-15 minutes

Serve : 4
